Despite the snow chaos on the A7 motorway from Augsburg to Hamburg and the train terminating in Kassel – we battled our way through, almost arriving late, and then what? We had feared an empty exhibition hall, but Corpus Culinario and NordStil were well-attended. We thank everyone who came despite the weather, sampled the products, gave honest feedback, and above all, placed orders. It was a really strong start to the year – with many new customers and genuine sales successes. Our new products were also very well received.
TrendSet Munich (January 4–6)
This trade fair set the perfect tone: fresh inspiration, great conversations and immediate orders for our new products.
Nordstil Hamburg (January 10–12) with Culinary Summit – a true premiere
That was something very special: in 2026 the Culinary Summit (by Corpus Culinario) took place for the first time as part of Nordstil. A fantastic collaboration – greater reach, a larger gourmet audience, more synergies. We are truly grateful to have been a part of it. After the hiatus in 2025, it felt like a warm reunion. Despite the snow: incredibly well-attended, and we had countless New customers We met – that made us very happy.
Easton Reed: Banana Ketchup – a real eye-catcher
The main attraction at our stand was the banana ketchup . Everyone stopped and said, " I have to try that ." After an enthusiastic " Delicious, something different !" came the immediate reply: " I'd like to order some! "
We have told our story again and again: Behind the Easton Reed series 1.5 years of development – refine, test, perfect. The Banana Ketchup (Fruity, mild, summery) was an instant hit: It tells its own story, sparks curiosity, and is perfect for everyday use. These are exactly the kinds of impulse buys that delicatessens are looking for to entice customers to buy.
Truffle Ketchup : Finally back – and now produced in-house
For five years, customers have been asking for our old truffle ketchup , which our supplier unfortunately discontinued. So we took matters into our own hands: a new recipe with truly excellent truffles from a German manufacturer – premium and delicious. It goes perfectly with fries, burgers, steak, cheese platters… The reactions? “ Finally back! ” – and orders pouring in.
Overall, the entire series was of Easton Reed – The Legacy of Taste is a huge success. The maple syrup and peanut butter were also tasted and ordered. Inspired by Grandpa Easton: good ingredients, clear flavors, and a joy of sharing. No hype, just honest products with a twist. That's why they sell so well: classics with an upgrade (banana! truffle!), plus breakfast hits like organic maple syrup and new peanut butters . And we'll be expanding the range even further soon – there's more to come!
