| Hints | Preparation for pancakes (makes 5-6 large pancakes): Mix 1 egg and 180 ml whole or buttermilk. Then add 125 g of baking mix and 14 g of melted butter and mix thoroughly. Let the dough rest for 5-10 minutes. Preheat the pan and lightly grease it. Use 60 ml of batter per pancake. Fry in the pan until the edges appear firm and bubbles form in the center. Turn the pancakes over and fry for another 1-2 minutes. Remove the finished pancake from the pan and serve warm. Preparation of waffles (makes 3-4 large waffles): Preheat and grease the waffle iron. Mix 1 egg and 150 ml water. Add 125 g baking mix and 28 g melted butter and mix thoroughly. Pour the batter onto the waffle iron and fry until golden brown. Remove the finished waffle and serve warm. |
