These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all deliveries from the online shop ryan-s.eu.

This shop is exclusively for traders. Consumers cannot place orders on this shop. (A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose that cannot predominantly be attributed to either their commercial or independent professional activity.)

Offer and steps to conclude the contract

The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to order. Errors excepted.

By clicking the “Buy” button, you place a binding order for the goods listed on the order list. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email immediately after receiving your order.

If the product ordered is not available because we are not supplied with this product by our suppliers through no fault of our own, we can withdraw from the contract. In this case, we will inform you immediately and, if necessary, suggest delivery of a comparable product. If no comparable product is available or you do not wish a comparable product to be delivered, we will immediately reimburse you for any consideration that has already been paid.

 

payment

Payment can be made either in advance or by SEPA direct debit. If you choose the advance payment method, we will give you our bank details in the order confirmation and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.

 

retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

 

Extended producer responsibility

As part of the legal obligation for extended producer responsibility (EPR), we contribute to the management of the end of life of products. We therefore pay an eco-contribution to the various organizations to finance waste collection, sorting, recycling and utilization.

We are liable for material defects in accordance with legal regulations.

 

Choice of law

The contracting parties agree that German law applies to their contractual relationship.
