| Hints | Keep cool after opening, use within a few days - rub pork shoulder (approx. 2 kg) with salt and pepper. Heat 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a pot and brown the meat. Pour off fat and add sauce. Cook the roast in the oven in a closed pot for 2 ½-3 hours at 160° C. Pour the sauce from the pot over the roast several times. Then take out the meat, pull it into pieces, put it back in the pot and mix with the sauce. Serve meat strips in sandwich buns. For 6-8 people. |
